What personal information do we collect?
Visiting the website: We use Google Analytics to track visitors to our website, and how they interact with the page. Google collects your IP address, and uses a cookie to track user interaction without collecting any personally identifiable information. Our web server also collects IP addresses of visitors to the website, as part of its normal access logs. This information is not publicly accessible, and is not used for any purpose other than helping diagnose website problems.
Purchasing from our store: We collect your contact details, shipping and billing address, and other relevant information such as time and IP address. We do not collect (and have no way to access) any of your credit card details, or PayPal details, as this is all handled externally by PayPal (see here for their privacy policy. PayPal does send us some contact, and order information to ensure we can match your order to the payment.
How do we use your personal information?
To improve your experience on our website, to ensure we can promptly and efficiently process orders, communicate with you effectively, and help process any warranty claims or refunds.
We will not use your email address or any other contact information for marketing purposes (so no spam from us).
Who has access to your information?
We will never provide your personal information to third parties, unless compelled to by law.
Currently only the owner (myself) has access to any of your personal information, this privacy policy will be updated if this changes in future.

How do we protect your information?
The Internet is not always secure, and we can cannot prevent the (extremely unlikely) interception of your information is it is sent to us as like most websites we do not encrypt communications with HTTPS. Your billing and credit card details are safe however as PayPal does use HTTPS during your communication with them as you are purchasing.
Our web server is password protected, firewalled, and uses all necessary security to protect it from unauthorized access. Your personal information is further secured by encryption of the database.
